Business Mobile Deposit

Need to deposit checks but can't get the branch or ATM? Your mobile device and our Mobile Banking app are all you need to get the money into your account.

  • Compatible with Apple and Android devices
  • Checks deposited by 4:00 PM generally available for use the next business day
  • Maximum daily and per transaction limit of $5,000
  • Access to deposited check images for 90 days
  • Standard data and text messaging rates may apply
How to Make a Mobile Deposit

  1. Endorse the back of the check as you normally would and write For Mobile Deposit Only under your signature.
  2. Follow the instructions for taking a picture of the front and back of the check and submitting the deposit.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation that the deposit has been received.

Remote Deposit Capture

Our Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Service is designed for customers who need to deposit a large number of checks and/or checks larger than $5,000 and offers numerous benefits:

  • Deposit checks using a single-feed or multi-feed scanner connected to your computer or laptop
  • Deposit checks by 12:00 PM for same day availability or as late as  7:00 PM for next business day availability
  • Assign full or limited access to multiple users
  • Link multiple business entities and accounts under a single service
  • Create a daily deposit limit based on your business needs
  • Access scanned check images for up to two years
  • Utilize customer information fields to track customer deposits
  • Convert eligible checks into ACH/electronic transactions for faster clearing and notification of insufficient funds and stop payment items
  • Offset RDC fees with credits earned on your business checking account
