If you would like to receive correspondence from us via email and/or online, instead of paper copies through the mail, please review this disclosure and provide your consent. This disclosure applies to all documents, notices and disclosures that the Bank provides to you relating to the account(s) for which you are applying through the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service, except as otherwise prohibited by law.
Please read this Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”) Disclosure and Consent carefully prior to consenting. We recommend you print and/or save a copy of this disclosure for your records and all disclosures and agreements related to the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service. By providing your consent, you agree to the electronic delivery of all documents, notices, and disclosures (together, the “Documents”) that the Bank may provide to you relating to the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service. Examples of Documents include, but are not limited to: disclosures, agreements, change notices, changes to terms and conditions, periodic statements, and/or any other documents or notices that may be applicable. You have the right to request a paper copy of any Documents; the Bank will not provide you with paper (non-electronic) copies of any Documents unless specifically requested by you. Electronic Delivery of Disclosures and Notices
To access, receive, retain, and sign Documents, you must provide, at your own expense, an Internet connected device that is compatible with the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service deployed at the time of access. Your device must meet the minimum requirements outlined below. You confirm that your device will meet these specifications and requirements and will permit you to access and retain Documents electronically each time you access and use the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service.
If you do not want to receive Documents electronically, you should exit this area of our website. If you do not consent to receiving Documents electronically, you will not be able to continue with this transaction online. System Requirements to Access Information
To access, receive, and sign electronic copies of Documents you must have the following equipment and software:

• An Internet web browser capable of supporting 128-bit SSL encrypted communications, which requires the most current web browser version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer (available for downloading at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/) and your system or device must have 128-bit SSL encryption software. Withdrawal of Electronic Acceptance of Disclosures and Notices
You may withdraw your consent to receive Documents in electronic form by contacting us using the information below. The Bank may treat your provision of an invalid email address, the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid address, or cancellation of participation in the Bank’s Online Account Opening Service as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Documents. The Bank may impose a fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Documents. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Documents will be effective only after the Bank has had a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
Updating Your Contact Information
If you consent to receive Documents electronically, we will contact you at the e-mail address you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate, and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to this Disclosure and your account(s), and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update your information (such as your e-mail address) by contacting using the information below.
