Fraud awareness

We have been alerted to a telephone scam targeting Florence Bank customers.
In this particular scam, a caller claims to be from a fraud prevention company and requests the last four digits of the customer's social security number, zip code, and email address.
If you receive such a call, HANG UP THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please call us at 413-586-1300 during business hours. You can also contact us via email, our website, or by sending a secure message in mobile or online banking.
Remember...
- Florence Bank will NEVER call, text, or email you requesting your online banking passwords. If you receive such a request, hang up the phone, delete the text, or mark the email as spam/junk.
- NEVER share your bank account information, online banking credentials, or personal information with anyone.
- NEVER click on a link provided by an unknown sender.
- All Florence Bank debit card holders are automatically enrolled in FraudDetect to help protect debit cards from fraudulent activity.
