Cash Management Team

Alicia Valentine joined Florence Bank as the Cash Management Relationship Officer in December 2017 and has over 15 years of banking experience.
 
She supports our commercial customer base with her in-depth knowledge of Cash Management products and services by proactively developing existing relationships as well as new business opportunities.
 
“My goal is to develop new business through customer calling initiatives and conduct comprehensive client interviews to ensure I am making the best recommendation of our products and services. Ultimately, our team is here to provide efficiencies to customers so they can bank with ease no matter where life takes them.”
 
Alicia holds a degree in Business Management from Assumption College and is an active in the community, serving as a board member for Junior Achievement of Western Mass.

Kendra joined Florence Bank in 2017 and has over 15 years of local banking experience. She has a strong background in customer service, banking operations, and financial solutions. Her broad experience allows her to analyze business needs and deliver appropriate cash management products and solutions to new business opportunities and existing relationships.

Kendra is currently enrolled in Bay Path University pursuing her degree in Business Administration and was inducted into the Maroon Key Honor Society. She also volunteers at Ste. Rose De Lima Parish.
