PIN Login is an optional sign in method offered by Florence Bank to sign into our Mobile Banking. It is available for iOS devices running 9.0 and higher and Android devices that are running Android 6.0 and higher.
PIN Login FAQs
How do I register for PIN?
On the Florence Bank Mobile Banking app sign in screen, enter your username and password and navigate to the Mobile Services menu > My Profile > My Devices. Then select the device you are using (it will say Current Device in parenthesis). Tap “PIN” and you will be prompted to receive a code or answer security questions. Once you verify your identity, you can proceed to add your new 6 digit PIN.
How do I login with PIN?
On the app’s login screen, a message will display prompting you to sign in with your PIN.
Is PIN login secure?
Yes. PIN login has the same level of security as all authentication methods for online and mobile banking.
Will a password be required when using PIN login?
No. Once you are enrolled with PIN, your PIN is the only required login credential.
What smartphone devices are supported?
PIN login is available for iOS devices running 9.0 and higher and Android devices running Android Marshmallow (6.0) and higher.
If my PIN is not recognized, can I still login to my account?
Yes. You can still login to the Florence Bank Mobile Banking app using your account username and password or fingerprint ID.
What if my PIN login enabled phone is lost or stolen?
If your mobile device is lost or stolen you can delete a device at any time by logging onto your account from a PC or an additional device and select the Manage Devices screen. You can delete the lost/ stolen device from the list of devices currently authorized.
How do I edit an existing PIN?
Sign in to the mobile app using PIN or your username and password. Select Mobile Services > My Profile > My Devices > Select the current device you’re using (it will say Current Device in parenthesis) > Tap “PIN” > Tap “Edit Pin”. You will then be prompted to enter a new 6 digit PIN.
How can I disable PIN login?
PIN login can be disabled in a number of ways:
1. By using the mobile app and navigating from the sign in page to Mobile Services > My Profile > My Devices > Select the device you’re using > Tap “PIN.” You will then be prompted to receive a code or answer security questions; once you verify your identity you can tap "Remove PIN.”
2. Using the mobile browser: Sign In > “Manage Devices.” Click the paper and pencil icon to the right of the device name. You can then delete it using the “delete” button.
