eBanking Specialist - Florence, MA

Responsibilities include providing support to online banking and cash management customers including but not limited to, customer set-up and maintenance, customer support, underwriting of ACH and remote deposit limits and file maintenance; assists with developing and maintaining department procedures, and product development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with an advanced degree preferred; 1-2 years of banking experience; strong, well developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service; demonstrated proficiency with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office; experience with cash management applications such as wires, ACH, remote deposit and positive pay a plus; demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Commercial Loan Support Manager - Florence, MA

Responsibilities include but not limited to: managing and motivating the Commercial Loan Administration and Servicing staff to ensure quality customer service is provided, while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements; responsible for the efficiency and effective operation of the department, ensuring accuracy of commercial documentation and Insight loan input and maintenance; performs a broad variety of duties related to the documentation and servicing of commercial loans throughout their life cycle; provides support to the Commercial Loan Operations Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent related work experience; 5+ years of loan administration and servicing required; strong understanding of the requirements and features of the Bank’s loan products, services and systems; knowledge of commercial lending, loan documentation, loan review and regulatory compliance; strong customer service, verbal and written communication and PC skills; demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service with a pro-active approach to problem solving; good analytical skills and high level of attention to detail.

Part-Time Teller - Main Office, Florence, MA

Hours – Monday 9:00-3:00; Wednesday 12:15-5:15; 

Thursday 12:15-6:15; Saturday – 8:45-12:15. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Consistently providing superior professional customer service, performing a wide variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and processing night deposit bags. 

Qualifications: Teller applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have recent cash handling experience, exceptional customer service, math, interpersonal and communication skills, CFT or additional college courses preferred.

Information Technology Specialist – Florence, MA

Responsibilities include providing strong technical support to all departments within the Bank; system diagnostics and repair, tracking, documenting and pursuing assigned tasks to completion. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology support; a minimum of three years of experience directly supporting Information Technology; banking experience would be preferred but is not required; current industry certifications (i.e. Microsoft, VMware, Cisco etc.); working knowledge of Local and Wide Area Networking; website knowledge and support; ability and preference to work in a team environment; strong written and verbal communication skills; project and task management experience; report writing capability preferred (Crystal, Monarch…).

Friday 10:30-5:45; Saturday – 8:45-12:15
