Updated March 23, 2020

In times like these it becomes obvious what’s most important. It’s you - our friends, our families, our customers, our employees and the communities we serve.

For your safety and well-being our branch lobbies have been temporarily closed to regular traffic.

However, banking is an "Essential Service" and Florence Bank will continue to service our customers through our ATMs, at our drive-ups and by appointment only in our lobbies. Customers can also contact us at our Call Center at 413-586-1300. Our hours will be Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM. We will not be open on Saturdays.

If you are feeling healthy and need to visit us to close on a loan, access your safe deposit box, or get a new debit card, please make an appointment by calling your branch directly.

Thank you for your patience while we work to care for your financial needs as well as your health and well-being.
