For your safety and well-being our branch lobbies have been temporarily closed to regular traffic.
However, banking is an "Essential Service" and Florence Bank will continue to service our customers through our ATMs, at our drive-ups and by appointment only in our lobbies. Customers can also contact us at our Call Center at 413-586-1300. Our hours will be Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM. We will not be open on Saturdays.
If you are feeling healthy and need to visit us to close on a loan, access your safe deposit box, or get a new debit card, please make an appointment by calling your branch directly.

Monitoring the situation
Florence Bank is closely monitoring the evolving circumstances related to COVID-19, as reported by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We have taken the CDC's recommended precautionary measures for the safety of our customers and employees.
What you can do
As a reminder, you may access your account(s) from home using Online Banking or our Mobile App. If you haven’t enrolled in Online Banking or downloaded our Mobile App, it only takes a few minutes. On March 18, 2020, we closed our branch lobbies to regular traffic. We are serving customers in the branches by appointment only and we are available to customers through our Call Center, our drive-ups, and our ATMs. Our hours have been adjusted to serve customers Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM.
