Meet Our Cash Management Officers

Stephanie G. Burbine - Vice President, Cash Management Officer

Stephanie Burbine joined Florence Bank as the Cash Management Officer in 2004. With over 25 years of banking experience, Stephanie works hard to provide local businesses with the advanced tools they need to manage their assets more effectively in today's fast-paced business environment.

"Cash management services are an important part of any commercial relationship. With services such as online cash management and remote deposit, customers can enjoy the convenience and efficiency of banking right from their office."

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Stephanie is active in the community as a finance committee member of the Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School and Chair of the Ski United Committee, a one-day ski event to raise funds for the United Way of Franklin & Hampshire County. Stephanie also keeps her pulse on the community by participating and volunteering in a number of community fundraising events.

Alicia Valentine - Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Relationship Officer

Alicia Valentine joined Florence Bank as the Cash Management Relationship Officer in December 2017. Alicia was previously employed by Florence Bank as the Cash Management Specialist and has over 15 years of banking experience.
She supports our commercial customer base with her in-depth knowledge of Cash Management Products and Services by proactively developing existing relationships as well as new business opportunities.
“As the Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Relationship Officer, my goal is to develop new business through customer calling initiatives and conduct comprehensive client interviews to ensure I am making the best recommendation of our products and services. Ultimately, our team is here to provide efficiencies to customers so they can bank with ease no matter where life takes them.”
With a degree in Business Management from Assumption College, Alicia is an active member of her community serving as a Board Member for Junior Achievement of Western Mass.
