As a Florence Bank customer, you can now make deposits anywhere you want to go with our new Mobile App. Securely deposit checks* using the camera on your phone or tablet, and skip the trip to the bank. It's that easy!

Mobile Payments

Use a Mobile Payment option and your Florence Bank Debit Card to make payments at hundreds of merchants nationwide! With Mobile Payments, your information is secure. Instead of using your actual debit card numbers, a unique device-only account number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored.

Mobile Alerts

Register for Mobile Alerts to have our Mobile App send you a message or notification without having to open Mobile Banking. We will send you these alerts if fraud is suspected on your account, and for any type of alert you establish. To register for Mobile Alerts, go the the menu in your Florence Bank App, select Mobile Services > My Profile> Manage My Alerts> Push Notification Enrollment.

Fingerprint Login/Face ID

Fingerprint Login/Face ID is an optional sign in method offered by Florence Bank to sign into our Mobile Banking. It is available for iOS devices with Touch ID™ capability and Android devices that have compatible fingerprint support running Android 6.0 or higher.

Fast Balances

Fast Balances is a new feature within Mobile Banking that allows you to view account balances and your last five transactions without having to login to the app.

Activate/Deactivate Your Debit Card

Lost your debit car, or suspect fraud? Deactivate it to prevent unauthorized use. Simploy login to Online Banking or our Mobile App, and you can deactivate your debit card if it is lost, stolen or if you suspect fraud. You can reactivate your card immediately once your card is recovered.
